New to our District?

 Registering your first student

If you are an existing family of Waterville Public Schools with one or more students already enrolled in the district and are registering another child, you will register your child through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.  If you do not have a Campus Portal account, please contact your child’s school.

If you are new to the district you can continue with this application to complete the registration.

Before you begin, please gather the following:

• Household information -- address and phone numbers

• Guardian information -- work and cell phone numbers, email addresses

• Student information -- demographic and health/medication information

• Emergency contact information - addresses and phone numbers

• Required documents -- Proof of residency, birth certificate, immunization record(s)
  Note: Required fields are marked with a red asterisk, and the district will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Dates should be entered as MM/DD/YYYY and phone numbers as xxx-xxx-xxxx.
