2024-25 STRATEGIC PLANNING

Waterville Public Schools completed a year-long strategic planning process following the charge established by the Board of Education in September 2024.

The process brought together staff, families, community members, administrators, and the Board of Education and included 377 survey responses, more than 100 participants in community forums, and multiple rounds of staff feedback. Their input helped shape a five-year plan centered on our mission to engage, inspire, and empower all students to reach their full potential.

The plan is organized around five strategic pillars:

• Student Growth & Achievement

• Student Well-Being

• Teacher & Staff Excellence

• Operational Excellence

• Community Engagement & Partnerships

The Strategic Plan will serve as a foundation for district and school improvement efforts, with annual goals and measurable benchmarks rooted in its priorities.
