Waterville Public Schools is always looking for caring and committed volunteers who want to make a positive difference in the lives of students. Volunteers play an important role in supporting classrooms, assisting with school events, and helping create a welcoming and engaging learning environment for all. Opportunities may include helping teachers with classroom tasks, supporting activities, or volunteering at school events—no matter your availability, there are ways to get involved.

A great volunteer is dependable, patient, and enjoys working with students and staff. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help wherever needed are key qualities. Most importantly, great volunteers bring a genuine desire to support students and strengthen the school community—helping ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.
